Bill of Sale and Guarantees
Hips are guaranteed to the age of 30 months. It is the new owner’s responsibility to have hips x-rayed. Dysplacia must be diagnosed by the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals (OFA).
Eyes are guaranteed to be clear. Animals diagnosed with progressive retinal atrophy (PRA) must be done by a qualified veterinary ophthalmologist.
The seller guarantees puppy/dog is free of health problems within 72 hours of purchase (buyer may, at buyer’s option and expense have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian). Buyer can return puppy within 72 hours of purchase for health problems, after which time, buyer is responsible for all health and vet expenses.
Dew claws are removed.
Vaccinations will be current with the age of puppy and vaccination records will be provided. Puppy papers will be forwarded upon receipt from AKC.
Our business name is KC Labs. We grant permission to use the business name in the puppy’s registered name if desired but must be included for hip and eye guarantees to apply.
These guarantees are dependent upon demonstration that the puppy/dog has received adequate care and nutrition. Abuse or neglect in any way that affects the development or well being of the puppy/dog will be void of these guarantees.
In the event that any of the above conditions occur, the puppy will be replaced or a refund will be granted, at the option of the buyer, at the time of the next litter by the same mother or another litter of comparable breeding. To ensure defects will not be passed on, the buyer, at his or her expense must spay or neuter the puppy and provided proof of such before refund or replacement will be granted.
These guarantees apply to the original buyer only. Dogs used for breeding prior to diagnosis are not guaranteed.
